2. Take action. Read hundreds of books, and you cannot reach anywhere. Difficulties lie in taking action. Positive action always leads to success. Take inspired action and get moving.
3. Plan your week carefully. Planning ahead gives you many benefits. Create your diet plan and your workout routines. Decide which exercise routine needs to be done and when.
4. Choose 5 places in your home and office. Buy large dishes and fill them with fruits and vegetables. It will help you eat 3-4 fruit servings each day. Believe me, fruits are good for your health.
5. Avoid cold drinks, soft drinks, alcohol, and other beverages. A glass of coke is nothing more than 150 extra calories. Avoid these extra calories.
6. Do not start stupid weight loss courses. These courses can help you but, they can prove to be harmful when you are trying to lose weight in a short time.
