There is evidence that saturated fats from grain-fed animals can assist your body to burn fat and accelerate your weight loss. Avoid trans-fatty acids that you consume on a daily basis. These bad fats are mainly found in fried foods from your quick service restaurants. Trans-fatty acids are bad fats for your body and they inhibit your body from burning fat.
