Using the resistance band in the various exercises

You would have to stand on the band, feet slightly apart, keep holding the handle with forward facing arms. The bands would have to be behind your ears. Straighten the band and press in the upward direction.

The upright row follows the same position like the earlier exercise. Keeping the elbows pointing down, start with the band near the waist. Now you need to pull it up towards chest.

You need to provide the proper tension by standing feet apart and then curl along with the band. This is the bicep curls.

After adjusting the band to provide the right tension stand on it with just one leg. Bring the arm from behind, over the head and keep the elbow bent. You also need to extend and straighten your arms. This is the triceps extension.

You can also perform the squats and lunges using the resistance bands.
